As a Draaier, you will be part of our Parts Production team. This department is responsible for manufacturing a wide range of components and parts for both new machines and existing machines in the field. You will join a small team of eight passionate colleagues where hard work, a pleasant atmosphere, and flexibility are key values. We work in day shifts only.
In this position, you will work with CNC lathes. You will produce rollers for our machines, both for new builds and existing equipment in operation. Each roller differs in size and material – production involves single pieces or small series, so every job presents a new challenge. You will program the machine yourself and also perform the final quality check of the product.
Flexibility is the strenght of our department, so it’s great if you are also open to learn how to operate a milling machine in the future, in additon to the lathe.
What you will do
You manufacture machine parts (inlcuding rollers) for new builds, existing machines in the field, and external customers, using multiple lathes. You are personally responsible for delivery the final product within the set time standards and ensuring that all your products meet the highest quality requirements.
- Perform machining operations based on technical drawings
- Create or modify CNC programs independently by programming in the machine control systems, using various programming languages
- Conduct intermediate and final inspections, identify deviations, and take appropriate action

- You have an MBO level of working and thinking
- Knowledge and (extensive) experience with CNC turning machining techniques, experience with CNC milling is an advantage

- You are precise, always strive for the highest quality and best results, and are flexible
- You have good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
